No. The program may support vacant homes, occupied homes, and pre-listing consultations depending on the property and current availability.

Does Home Docs include furniture?

Home Docs may include temporary furniture, art, rugs, and décor. The exact inventory, rooms, term, and price are confirmed in the applicable proposal.

Can a realtor request Home Docs?

Does Home Docs guarantee a faster sale or higher price?
